What is DropLabz?

DropLabz is a free set of CS2 trade-up, case opening and skin tools. The trade-up finder ranks contracts by expected profit after Steam fees, and the trade-up calculator shows every possible output of a contract with its odds, output float and EV. The CS2 case opening simulator models every weapon case with its real contents — rifles, pistols, SMGs, and the rare knives and gloves in each case's special-item pool — alongside case odds, ROI, a skin finder and current Steam Market prices. Everything runs as a local simulation: it does not touch your Steam account, spend real money, or generate a tradeable item.

How CS2 case odds work

Valve's published rule is a ratio, not a fixed table: each rarity tier is 5× rarer than the one below it, and the Rare Special Item slot (knives and gloves) is 2.5× rarer than Covert. For a case that carries all five tiers that works out to 79.9% Mil-Spec, 16.0% Restricted, 3.20% Classified, 0.64% Covert, and 0.256% (1 in 391) for a knife or glove. DropLabz renormalizes that same rule for every case, since not every case carries every tier or the same size rare-item pool.
